Gorgeous store with beautiful displays and excellent customer service. I went in just looking for gas logs for my fireplace but left with tons of home-decor as well. Cole the technician they sent out was incredibly respectful and knowledgable about what he was doing. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. They go above and beyond!

We went with our builder rep and picked out a fireplace box. Amy noted which one we wanted and said she would order it. When it was installed, it was smaller than the one picked out. When I asked Amy, she said they didn't make any of the boxes on the wall and she told us that. That is a bold face lie, why would we order a box that they didn't make anymore. Talked to the owner and he said it would cost too much to change the displays. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO BUY A FIREPLACE!!!!!!!!

Great attention and customer service from the moment we walked into the door. Nicole was awesome in educating us as to which gas log set would work best in our fireplace. Dave was so pleasant and knowledgeable when he came out to do the install. We bought on Saturday and the gas logs were installed on Tuesday. They wanted to make sure we had the fireplace up and running before the next cold front. We felt the prices were fare and are very happy with our purchase. Thank you guys so very much!

Their customer service was great, but the technician they sent wasn't. He couldn't get the old part off so we had to call a plumber. They left us with the new part so the plumber could install it, but the part was the wrong size, so we had to return it. The customer service people were nice about it, though, and refunded us our money for the part and most of the service call.

Bought a very expensive fireplace from them and the door broke and fell off before the fireplace was ever used. Took 5 months to get them to replace it. We just called to see if they would come and make sure the fireplace was installed correctly after having our contractor install it. They informed us that they could not help us. Horrible customer service once they get your $!

Outstanding customer focus and service. Nicole gave us great information so we could choose the perfect set of gas logs for our fireplace. We thought the prices were reasonable and the customer service over the top. Dave came out to do the install and besides being just a really nice guy, he was knowledgeable and showed me everything I needed to know about the new system. I would highly recommend using Fireplaces Unlimited for your next gas log purchase.

Not sure about these bad reviews, I've been using this place for over 12 years and send at the least 4 of my customers a year to pick fireplaces for there new homes we build. Never had a problem and they know just about everything that comes to a fireplace. It is like it should be first come first server but if you don't have a problem waiting your turn than you should love this store

I completely disagree with the other reviews! The staff at Fireplaces Unlimited is very helpful and friendly. They listened to everything that I needed and provided very knowledgeable advice. I have purchased a fireplace for my new home, a grill, and patio furniture from them. I definitely recommend this company to all of my friends and family.
