I’m enjoying my outdoor room so much this summer that I had to share. I cannot rave enough about this amazing addition to my home. Not the cheapest solution, but you get what you pay for. Flawless installation, super great crew and a fabulous owner. Highly recommend this company and their product. (Note: installation was after the ice storm, hence the mud in the photos. The room now has gorgeous patio furniture and hanging solar lights.)

I can not say enough good things about Patio Cover People, Justin and his crew. They are a professional operation with good service and a skilled installation crew. Justin was open and up front with our per-instalation conversations, and offered helpful suggestions along the way. The installation crew showed up as scheduled and skillfully put the system up in a day. Justin and his team put up amazing patio covers! Our new patio cover is the envy of all our neighbors and has greatly exceeded our expectations. My maintenance king and super knowledgeable father in-law even pulled me aside to tell me he was impressed. The installation crew was very respectful of our property, was very easy to work with and did an excellent job of caulking and making sure there would be no issues in the future. We like the overall outcome of the structure but the communication, follow-up, unfinished work and deficient latches took away 2 stars. Justin was nice to work with as he can see what would work best for spaces and painted a good picture. We wanted our hot tub enclosed so it is more inviting year round. The project was not cheap! The space is great and we get to enjoy a nice view while we relax without the wind, rain, and debris all over us. What we would have liked to see is Justin pop in during the project to check the quality of the work and progress, but he didn't until it was done. Our project

It's been over a year since we had our cover installed. We had a multilevel roof line and VERY large patio that needed covering.
After consulting with the owner on what is optional, we pulled the trigger and had the cover installed. The workers were very polite and worked very clean! I would've never know they were here. One panel had a slight defect, that we wouldn't have noticed. But the installers did and said they'll order a new one to replace this one. Everything worked out great. We're still very happy with our choice and would hire them again if we ever need to.

CAUTION! I was generally happy with the cover despite the long time lags between giving the deposit for the job in September of 2019 and the actual completion. The owner, Justin Wicks, hasn't been to the job since I gave him the deposit, leaving it to others to complete. I have gutter damage, fascia damage, and roof damage directly attributable to the work. He will not respond to photos proof from subsequent contractors assessing the damage. My new gutters warranty is nullified by the placement of the phalanges brackets that cover them. I continue to wait for contact from Mr. Wicks to mitigate

We have a 'jumbly' roof line over our patio and just thought we would have to settle for a tiny lean-to situation for this always baking-hot area. Justin was amazing. Not only was he able to deal with our odd situation, but he designed an absolutely beautiful patio cover that compliments our home and patio perfectly. We just wrapped up the final touches on both a patio cover and a shade for the evening sun. Justin and his team were very forthcoming in their communications and the quality of work was excellent.
They were quite responsive when making a couple of tweaks to the overall system and were able to jump right back in and fix the last couple of items. I would happily recommend Justin and his products - top notch work!

We have a very large deck with two different roof lines.. I had this dream of not having to put in a cover that needs to be a solid roof with just skylights and many said, with this size cover we have to. Well, I'm glad I didn't listen and waited. We came across Justins add in a local paper and check out his website. The pictures spoke to me and my husband wrote an email on the weekend. I, too, just had a patio covering installed. Justin was great to work with, and his crew was awesome! The install took about 4 hours (on a very hot day) I am so very pleased with both the product and the company. It was pricey, but added at least that onto my homes value, if not more. Justin sells a decent product but the service is BAD.
Especially after giving the %50 down payment.
After changing the install date 3 times the crew finally showed up when i wasn't home and they proceeded to install the footings 18" in the wrong direction!!!!!! At that point there was nothing I could do to get them to start over. If they would have showed up for the initial install date and time THIS WOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED!!
BE WARNED: DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

We were sold on the product - we've been wanting a patio cover for the 10 years we've been in our home and this was the year. After researching all options Justin's product allowed for retaining the most light into the house compared to traditional covers. After installation (which only took 2 hours) I wondered if we overpaid, but I have to keep reminding myself that of the cost was the new extra-large (12' x 24') concrete patio we had poured. Taking that out of the equation the cover itself was competitive with traditional options and looks more modern and contemporary

Justin helped me replace a damaged patio cover at my house. The old one was damaged in a wind storm. He helped me work with my insurance company to get the patio cover replaced with a much better, modern looking patio cover. I was very happy with the crew that took away the old one and installed the new one. They were very professional and I love the end result.

Justin painted a fantastic picture of the work to be done and was quick to get the 50% down payment ($10,566, exactly). With the amount we were to be paying for the project, we thought Justin was going to give us excellent customer service. However, the rest was a nightmare.
Justin was to provide us with different mesh samples, but never had the decency to come to the house to show us samples nor mail the samples as he said he would after he couldn't come to the house. We constantly had to call him for a follow up. Justin also

I just had the patio cover installed, it looks great and I am very happy. Justin was easy to deal with, showed up on time, gave an estimate immediately and the installation was flawless. Easily the best transaction I have had with any contracting situation. His installation crew were also great, they knew what they were doing, cleaned up after, and did a great job. Justin and his team removed my existing aluminum covering on my patio and replaced it with the Acrylite cover. What a difference it has made!! It was shocking to realize how much light I had been missing out there! Everyone was professional and timely...they even installed earlier than they anticipated. It wasn't the cheapest, but it wasn't the most expensive. Justin quoted me a price at the beginning and (gasp!) it was the same price by the time they finished. I will get so much use out of this...thank you! I can't recommend Justin and his team enough.
