We just bought a wine rack with tasking counter & an arch. The experience was poor: 1. The two sides of Arch were drilled incorrect holes to be attached. We switched the sides and they were still not right. We… talked to the support and were told to nail them anyways. The result was the top panel could not be attached because the incorrect positions of the nails that caused the gap in between; 2. Poor Customer Support: we called because we had questions. We were guided in correctly. When we complained, we were advised to 'redo' it again. 3. The instruction of assembling was lack of clarity

My space was a small irregular storage area under a flight of stairs. I had somebody work with me on the measurements and received a good plan. The parts all came in their boxes and were fairly easy to assemble. Some trim pieces were missing, but were promptly sent after notifying Customer Service. I needed a professional to help me with paneling for the room and and the actual installation process. Turned out very nice.

Have yet to receive something ordered on March 15 that was guaranteed delivery in time for a very important event and is still not even close to being delivered. Required daily contact since April 24 to figure out what's going on, and yet cannot get any assistance. Currently waiting on a call back from a supervisor, will update if they actually call. Do not waste your money with them.
