THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY DUKE ENERGY. I USED THEM FOR INSULATION INSTALLED . I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT THE MATERIAL THEY USED WAS JUST SHREDDED NEWSPAPER, OTHERWISE I WOULD NOT GONE THAT WAY.I WARNED THE ONE THAT WENT INTO THE ATTIC TO BE CAREFUL, MY CEILING WAS DAMAGED.BECAUSE I DID NOT THINK THAT IT WAS APPROPRIATE TO SAY SOMETHING TO THE MEN ABOUT THE DAMAGE,THAT I SHOULD ADVISE THEIR BOSS, THEY BOTH LIED AND SAID THAT IT WAS NOT DONE WHILE THEY WERE THEIR AND THAT THEY DIDNOT CAUSE IT.I WAS OFFERED TO PAY HALF OF THE DAMAGES WHICH I DID NOT THINK THAT I SHOULD PAY ANY AMOUNT, NO MATTER HOW SMALL

Time provided a great experience. I unfortunately had to change my original appointment with them due to a schedule conflict. They got me right back on and the guys were actually early for the appointment. They cleaned up after themselves and I could see an instant improvement with the new insulation.

Everyone was amazingly courteous and professional from the moment I contacted customer service. The estimator and installers both came out in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier with the work, my house has had a definite improvement in the cooling. I can't recommend Time enough!

Very disappointed with the level of service and professionalism that I received from Time. From the removal to the installation. The amount of dust throughout the home on both occasions, the lack of knowledge to inform the homeowner to turn off their AC unit while the install was going on to avoid the potential of excess dust within the AC system, and the install of the blown in blocking the vented soffit areas around the house, all avoidable and unacceptable. Would not recommend without clear direction of what to expect. Certainly has not been worth the hassle of all that needed done after the

So we call and schedule the installation of blow-in insulation in a rental property, a duplex. FPL is granting a $200 rebate for installing insulation in each unit - $400 total. My wife had FPL contact Time directly to explain what was necessary to document that the insulation had been installed (i.e. before and after). This took considerable time and effort because we had to involve our tenants in a conference call with FPL and Time in order to get this all arranged (no small task).
The wait for an install date was 2 months. We waited patiently until the day when Time was supposed to blow in

Not sure what's going on with the poor reviews but I have nothing but good things to say about Time Insulation. Called on a Thurs morn, got an appointment for Fri morning. They showed up on time to do the estimate and were extremely professional, helpful and walked me through the Duke Energy rebate audit that was 7 mins on the phone. Time happened to be close by and fit me in that SAME DAY for some batt insulation and were there Fri late afternoon! They fit me in for blown insulation on the Monday and again were on time, communicative and professional. Cannot recommend them enough. My experience

Some of the reviews here gave me a little pause, but their price was the best quote I received for a Duke Energy attic insulation job for my mother in law, and the lady I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable, courteous, and had all the answers to my questions, so I tool a chance and booked them. I'm really glad that I did. When the day came, the crew arrived 25 minutes into their 2 hour window, took a quick tour of the house to make sure there were no existing ceiling issues, and went to work in a tricky, very low clearance attic. One of the most important things you should do to make your home efficient is to make sure that your insulation is good. Duke Energy offer incentives for homeowners who upgrade their insulation to R38. Time insulation helped several of my Buyers and Sellers clients and I always mention them to my clients when I am explaining the importance of appropriate insulation in a home.

We read the other reviews and were a bit skeptical. They were on the list from Duke Energy so we were on the fence as a discount sounded great. I was talking to a friend one day and she advised she used Time Insulation and they did a fantastic job at a great price. We made the call and they came out. A team of 3 men. They were friendly and did a fantastic job. I had no mess to clean up when they left. I highly recommend them.
