Set up two different appointments, and they cancel at the last minute. This after I had to take 2 full days off from work to be here. Now they tell me that they no longer have anyone to service the area. The receptionist is rude and refused to let me speak to a supervisor over the poor communication as well as the lack of professionalism. Just called again and a guy answered, when I asked for a supervisor he began talking and I asked for his name and he wouldn't provide it . Just as rude as the receptionist. No accountability and zero professionalism. So If you consider your time valuable. Don

Don’t waste your time. Typical poor service. Scheduled an appointment for 9-12 with a 30 min heads up phone call. No one showed up. I called at 12:15 and the person who answered the phone sounded like he could care less. He wasn’t pleasant at all. He said he would call the repairman. It’s 1pm and I still haven’t heard anything. Don’t waste your time. Find someone else.

We have used Arrowhead Appliance Repair to fix both our washing machine and to fix our dish washer. Our dishwasher wasn't an easy problem to solve. But Brad went the extra mile to make sure it was fixed and communicated well every step of the way. It was a great experience, they really put customer service first which is rare in appliance repair. He is the best in the business, will be using him for a long time to come.

Quality service all the way around. The repairman was on time, professional, and complete in explaining what needed to be done. He even brought a small towel to wipe off his feet before walking through the house.
Pricing seemed on par with what I expected when looking online to what fridge repairs should cost. Additionally, he did not push to up-sell any services that were not necessary.

Our appliances are in revolt this month, and we have had Mike come to fix both our Fridge and our Washing Machine in a timely and professional manner. Our washer died the day before we were to leave on vacation full of dirty water and sheets- Mike and his scheduler somehow made his visit to our home happen during what I am sure was an already fully scheduled day. We are so appreciative of his service and skills- I cannot say enough wonderful things. Thank you for helping us out prior to our trip.
