I informed the company of my goals with their product along with it being mounted outside the building with a good amount of direct sunlight. This product is well built and will stand the test of time but the flat screen can not be easily viewed in and out door setting. They also will not permit a return once it is installed but how else are you supposed to find out if it will do what it is supposed to? I asked about supplying a clear piece of glass instead of the anti glare and they said they would at a discount but never followed up with a price. Very disappointed with the end results.

By far the best enclosure our family has ever owned! We installed a 75'' TV with a sound bar and Dish box on the full motion mount within the enclosure. SNAP TV did the installation and TV Shield ordered the Mounting Kits, and the fully sealed enclosure. Our outdoor Pergola is now complete! Thank you SNAP and TV Shield!

I purchased two anti-glare enclosures from this company for my covered patio. Unfortunately, after the installation, the glare off the enclosure made the TV unwatchable. After numerous phone calls and e-mails they agreed to take the enclosures back but charged me over $1,000 for shipping to and from. THIS COMPANY DOESN'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT THAT DOESN'T DO WHAT THEY CLAIM.

Bought the tv shield pro model and I’m extremely happy with the product. I had a professional install the unit on my house for patio use. You can see the picture very well and no need to leave the unit open. Also, very happy with Brooke and team who were extremely helpful and supportive. I highly recommend this product for outdoor use.

Our company ordered a TV shield to try it partly because of the money back guarantee, to possible use instead of the Sunbrite TV we currently have. We put it up and put a 4k TV in it and we were not, happy with the clarity because of the anti-glare screen that was used. The TV was not as bright, you could see your own reflection and it was hard to to view from the side angle. So we decided to return it and get our money back. This is when we ran into problems.
