This company is absolutely terrible. They installed doors at my parents house which were completely damaged. My parents, being in their 60's, hadn't noticed at all until I pointed it out to them. I emailed the company showing them pictures that I've attached here, but no response. My parents will never buy from this company again. They may be cheaper than the average home improvement place in the neighborhood, but there's a reason for that. To anyone reading this - save your money and buy better quality.

I've used GPA Doors & Windows on several occasions and have been very pleased with the work they performed. I've had my old garage door replaced with a new roll up style back in 2005 and it's still working flawlessly, except for the remote I lost and a phone call to Jerry to get a replacement was done by the next day. A Living room slider door was replaced in 2007 with a newer style that closes smoothly and doesn't leak to this day and later in 2016 we contract with GPA and had all our other windows replaced with efficiency dual payne windows that made a noticeable difference

Leaking windows and doors that were installed awfully.
Hired GPA to install 14 windows and a set of French doors in April of 2014. On installation day they showed up with 13 windows only and two of the bathroom windows were opaque, while we had specifically ordered clear. Jerry's ordering mistake caused us to wait 2 months for the factory to make these three replacements, not really a big deal but very unprofessional.
When I got home on installation day and started to look over the job I noticed the caulking around the windows looked like it was done by a grade schooler with a toothpaste
