I called Mason Tree service because they were in town and try to do business locally if possible. Justin came to the house and he quoted me 550.00 to trim my tree. He said he let me know when he had a date to come and trim.
A few days later my door bell rings and two guys are outside saying they are here to trim my tree. Usually I am at work but happen to be off work that day for an appointment.
So they set up and ask how much I was quoted and I tell them 550.00 and then they say that can't do it for 550.00, that they need 700.00 instead and that the owner gave too low of a price.

I want to commend Mason Trees for the way they stand behind their work. We had two trees removed last fall and it wasn't until this spring that we went to do some landscaping in that area that we found the tree stumps had not been ground out adequately. I contacted Justin to tell him the problem we encountered and to ask if we could get additional stump grinding. He responded immediately that he was working with a new stump grinding subcontractor and that he would send them out within a couple days, no charge. The subcontractor he sent over pulverized the stumps like they were twigs and we are

This is my second experience Mason Trees and it was even better than the first. The professionalism and courtesy of the crew and reasonable pricing keeps me working with them. Also, they don’t just come to trim your trees but also care about the life and health of your trees with recommendations made. They even added some fertilizer to I’m prove the longevity of my old pecan tree. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Called Justin to get a third quote to trim up seven live oaks and tame a huge line of ligustrum in my backyard, and I am certainly glad I did. He came out the next day (a Saturday) to quote the job. His price was fair and his team was able to come out the following Monday. They worked until the job was done, not wrapping up until the sun was setting. They cleaned up everything and made sure the job was done to my satisfaction. I would definitely hire Mason Trees again.
