I would appreciate if all the facts stated are correct. Yes you cleaned the filter for an additional charge and yes i was having issues with the salt balance , which was the reason why i hired someone professional thinking it was you. After the filters were cleaned it a while for the pool to turn green. However it happened when you were on payroll, which to me defeated the point of paying someone and still having this problem.and like i said i still didn’t get mad but I questioned to why and if you were checking the levels each week . Was in the process of contracting this Character, however after speaking with him then setting an appointment, he decided to cancel, this after telling me he'd be here within a certain time. The excuse of being tied up, and only working this area .& on certain days didn't fly with me. I waited for this person over an hour.

I used this company to clean my pool filters, drain the pool 3/4 down and to add and adjust the new chemicals $300 because of the cya levels. The work was done by his son, and it was not done properly. I took water samples into the local pool store to have them tested and the levels where still high, the filter cleaning was not done properly and he did not wash and brush down the walls of the pool. Called and text the owner the results he came out with his test strip kit tested the water and left said everything would be fine and left. Not once did he try to correct the problem and make things

Find yourself a better pool service. Roca Pool Service It's What It Seems. very expensive and does not correctly take care of your pool , it might look clean but beware of your water being contaminated. my pool looks very clean but due to the contamination in the water we cannot use it and I have to dump all the water out . worst Pool Service I've had so far I will not recommend it to anyone

I totally concur with you David there is a correlation here! I would not recommend this service at all! Why because my pool has been green 3x because he doesn't notify his customers that he doesn't service pools on months with a 5th weekend, in addition i payed him in advance and the 4th week he half did the job added chemicals only no bushing no vacuuming because he claimed he had a eye infection but can add chemicals causing my pool once again to become a algae sess pool and the notified me that my bill is due?? I wouldn't use this pool service based on how their employees drive their service trucks. The white Toyota Tacoma pre-runner, had almost cut me off in my lane and was swerving on the road. Too early in the morning for drinking, but who knows. Hope this business has decent liability insurance on their trucks. They will need it. If they have trouble driving your car, I imagine they have trouble doing a decent job as well.
