Roof Cleaning - do not use a pressure washer on your roof. We use a biodegradable cleaner that safely cleans your roof. Because we use professional soaps, we are able to clean with much weaker concentrates. Other companies use too high of a concentrated cleaner and some even use a method which involves a "low pressure" rinse.
For many years, roof discoloration caused by algae has been observed throughout the United States and Canada. The discoloration usually has a brown to black appearance, and may be mistaken for soot, dirt, moss, or tree droppings. The primary species of algae being observed is called Gloeocapsa Magma.
Cedar is a natural insulator against the weather. Other products can't come close to the thermal efficiency of wood. In fact, cedar has twice the thermal resistivity (R-Value) of asphalt, five times that of slate, eight times that of concrete and hundreds of times that of metal roofs. We needed to have our cedar shake roof cleaned and some repairs done. Tim and his team at Vesta Wash were excellent. We called and he was able to come out the same day to look at our property and give us an estimate in writing before he left. We decided to have the siding and deck power washed as well and we couldn't be happier with the results. They are extremely skilled with cedar shake roofing, and both the cleaning and repairs produced excellent results. The siding, deck and railings are also sparkling clean. Our highest recommendation for Vesta Wash!

Had a scheduled cleaning for October 2nd, the team no-showed. When I called Jon, he said “No one called you to tell you that we are not coming?” Then a women from the office called me to reschedule for 10/18/19 at 1pm... again no one showed up! I called the office at 1:30pm and the women said to me “Let me call the crew and find out what time that they will be there....”. It has been a week, no one EVER called me back! Bunch of unreliable, unprofessional charlatans. Don’t waste your time taking time off from work... they won’t show up!!!!

Vesta Wash was a great experience from start to finish. Tim, the owner was very responsive in arranging a time to come out and quote the job. The cost was very affordable, and I was lucky enough to get an appointment the very next day. The guys showed up the following day, were polite and professional, and did an outstanding job cleaning all the dirt, grime, mold, bees nests, and everything else from the spouts to the concrete foundation. Once they were done, they packed up, and we were left with a shining house. And, none of the many, many plants surrounding the house were affected in any way

Tim's team did a great job of cleaning the exterior of our house - stucco, soffets, window frames, deck railing. Their use of a bleach solution at low pressure avoided the problems that high pressure cleaning of stucco can cause, and worked beautifully to remove the stucco stains. Tim and his team were friendly, open, responsive and professional.

Vesta Wash did a terrific job in removing the stains on our roof. The house has several large trees around the property and the roof had significant, running stains that were unsightly since the style of the house is a cape cod where you see a lot of the roof as you approach the house. We were concerned about any treatment that could affect the shingles but this treatment was simply a light spray which did not seems to disturb the shingles. When they were done, the roof looked like new. All the spots and streaks were gone. I highly recommend the service.
