Installation service may be good, but Customer Service is abysmal!
After having an expensive stereo put in my pickup, I brought my Porsche convertible by to get an antenna installed. It currently has in in-glass one that is very weak. The mechanic told me that, to reduce my wait time, to bring it back by 9:00 the next morning where I would be first in line.
I was there at 8:45 am the next morning & waited for them to open. Then was told it would be a SIX HOUR wait, as 10 cars came in the night before.
This is abhorrent customer service & I will NEVER do business with D-Tronics again

They did a fair job on my lights upgrade, but I was quoted a price and when I was there to pick up my truck, they increased the price by 80 dollars , I asked why and they gave a story that never said that, I asked for the paper where it was written and they gave a new piece of paper, I will never go back to place.

Very rude people, have no customer service. They aren't helpful and try not to talk to you as much as possible. Caesar and the woman there were the ones that were there. Kept rolling their eyes and giving glares at us. We just went to go pick up a car for a client and we were very nice to them. They don't deserve your business.

Had to bring my alarm fob in because it's giving me trouble. They helped all that they could. Tech even went outside and tried working the alarm.
It just won't close completely or tight enough...
A major pain for me!!!
Always good service here. Got my last truck's stereo system here, too.

Buyers beware. Had a custom sub box made and the sub touches the seat in front of it. Called JL Audio and they told me that will destroy the sub. Also, they drilled screws through the sheet metal in my brand new $80k truck so you can see screws sticking out the back. They also drilled a hole through the fire wall even though there are multiple available grommets and they did not place a grommet so the powers wire is rubbing on sharp metal. Incredible fire risk. I would not recommend these guys touch your car even if it was free.

Wanted to get my dad's radio replaced in his Suburban for his birthday, and this place fit the bill. They had the car in and out in under two hours on a Saturday, had decent prices and a wide selection in stock. The work was a little unpolished (a few minor gaps in the plastic) but he guy's were super friendly and efficient, and it was overall a good experience.
