Sugar Creek Pool Service is a great company. We used them for 2 years while we lived in Texas. Travis Coffman did a great job maintaining our pool and was always happy to answer my questions when I texted him. I also had Sugar Creek re-plaster my pool and re-seat my coping in 2018. The crew Bill Coffman used was great and fast. Sugar Creek is a great pool company and the Coffman father and son duo are great as well.

We have been using them for 9 years. Our pool is an older pool and has had plenty of problems. Bill and Travis are reliable, professional and and "user-friendly". Bill has done a LOT of work on our pool and Travis takes great care cleaning it up (even when all the leaves from the tree next door were in the pool) and is now doing repair work. I have never had a problem with them and I would recommend them to anyone..

Just wanted to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to SUGAR CREEK POOL SERVICE !!! Thank you guys for the 10+ years of excellent and reliable care of our pool and the service of our pool equipment!! In the event of a problem, the repairs were done in a timely manner and the problem was resolved with quality parts and service. It is one less thing that we have had to worry about. YOU GUYS ROCK!!

Bill has been servicing our pool for several years. He is very dependable, honest and quick to fix any problems that arise. He always shows up at the same time every week and will let us know ahead of time if he needs to change the day/time for any reason (which is very rare). We’ve had a few different mechanical problems come up through the years and he is always quick to diagnose the problem, gives us an estimate of repair price before the work is done and does his best to order the parts and fix the problem as soon as possible. He is always very honest and never tries to sell us anything that
