Based in Stockton, California, Mr. Gamboni is a Registered Landscape Architect and a Certified Arborist. He is the Principal of Jeffrey F. Gamboni Landscape Architects, a five person office founded in 1992. The firm's projects have become increasingly complex within the last ten years as the variety and size of the projects have increased.
These have included the landscapes for wineries, country clubs, parks, boulevards, shopping centers, office buildings, schools, churches, and urban plazas amongst other things. We also take great pride in our garden design for residences and enjoy collaborating with homeowners and their consultants to develop the design of the outdoor living areas.
Our firm has a special interest in elevating the planting design within its projects utilizing our experience in arboriculture and horticulature to inform our plant selections. Jeff is a Stockton native who attended St. Mary's High School and returned to Stockton in 1987 after completing graduate studies at Harvard University, apprenticing in the bay area and obtaining his professional license.

Spoke with Jeff and office in May. Had phone appointment in June because of Covid. Followed up a month later because I was still waiting on them. I was told don't worry they are working on my quote now. I never heard anything back. Communication is very important. This place can't be bothered to communicate. It has been almost 4 months. I would not recommend using them. They will waste your time.

Excellent landscape architect, perhaps the best in the area with tremendous respect for nature and the environment. Unfortunately, his good design is all undone @ Spanos Park where an incompetent landscaping company under the direction of an equally incompetent property management are letting trees and shrubs die without replacement in return for a constant borbardment of noise pollution by blowers and other grass cutting machinery holding the entire community hostage to a 5-weeekday abuse with no end in sight.
