Rainwater can damage chimneys with stainless steel liners, chimney dampers, and chimney mortar joints. Beyond the damage from the water itself, moisture from rainwater can produce mold and mildew. Gutter Guys installed new extra wide gutters for me and did an excellent job. I feel the price paid was fair. And extra wide was way to go. Only concern - one guy did it all himself. Was concerned for his safety but it didn’t affect the outcome. He was very accommodating to my questions and minor changes. All was good.

Gutter Guys cleaned my gutters last year. There are some pro's I will list below. But, also some con's. The way I was treated obviously tells me they don't need my business, which is fine, but for a customer who never had anything but politeness for their staff I find it very unprofessional.
Pro's:
Supplied a COI with additional insured, which I requested.
Came on time, climbed up and cleaned as needed. No surprises.

Con's:
Office staff who answers the phone, only one word, Nasty!

I had called for them to clean my gutters and replace a section that had consistently caused problems. They diagnosed thee source of the problem and instead of a thousand dollars plus solution proposed a simple refastening for less than $100. It has worked great and I saved the money. Reliable and honest. What more could one ask for.

Called them up a few years back with some damaged gutters. They were able to fix and suggested replacement gutters within 1-3 years. They also cleaned them at the time. I signed up for a contract to come out twice per year. I don’t have to call them. Their automated system gives you a few weeks notice and they bill you later. I had them replace my gutters two years ago. The two guys on the job were professional and attentive to my requests. Their pricing is reasonable and competitive for both gutters and Cleaning. Overall positive experience.

I used gutter guys to clean my home gutters You only need to look at the pictures to understand what a terrible job they did. They also are expensive. They also came to do the job 4 weeks later than the day agreed.
Please be careful and if you use them make sure you check their job or you may have a lot of problems!

Thorough and reliable service! Gutter Guys made cleaning our gutters easy. They came out to evaluate our gutters and while they were at my house, called me and gave me a price to clean them. Once I confirmed the price was fine they cleaned the gutters that same day. No multiple appointments, phone calls or meetings. They also took pictures of any gutters that were split or in need of repair. Everything (including the pictures) was emailed to me so that I could look it over and decide if and when we wanted to make the repairs. While I think their price on cleaning the gutters was very fair

We were extremely impressed with the service Gutter Guys provided, especially Alex K. who performed the work on our house. He couldn't have been more friendly or more professional. The job was priced fairly and was completed as promised, with some minor adjustments along the way as a few issues were encountered. For follow-up, they didn't propose the most expensive annual service, rather a simple once-per-year cleaning. We would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them highly.

I called and asked for a specific job to be done, I met the rep they sent and when he was working I told him that was not what was to be done. He said, no problem and did the specific task originally requested. Then I was billed for what he had chosen to do himself, in addition to the job requested. While it was very annoying, one email to the business immediately resulted in a fully corrected billing. I had used them prior, without incident. All in all, I'd likely give them another try and assume that it was this one rep who was a bit "off book"

My husband contacted Gutter Guys to replace a piece of gutter on his parent's home. The first appointment was on a Saturday which they tried to cancel early in the morning because it had rained earlier. My husband asked why were they cancelling if the sun was currently out? They said they would come.
They showed up and gave the estimate and said they would call Monday to set up appointment. They never called. My husband asked me to follow up so I called Tuesday and was told definitely by the end of the week, they would call me tomorrow with the day so I could leave a check in the mailbox

We had new gutters installed by this company last summer. They did a nice job and getting them here for a fall cleaning was no problem. But after we experienced an issue with ice this winter, they agreed to send a "technician" out to look at the installation once the weather warmed up.
