Was having issues with my septic tank and after talking with scott multiple times and him walking me through the process over the phone, I was able to have the issue fixed. Scott was about helping the customer out and ensuring there was no unnecessary costs incurred. I know for certain when I need my tank pumped I will bring calling them out to do the job because I know they truly care about the customer. This is a great company and 100% trustworthy

Scott and his crew were awesome. They came out and pumped out the sludge in our driveway drain. They also fixed the pump that the plumbing company said was shot. Scott is very reasonable and will find the right solution that works for you. I highly recommend.

Scott and his crew have been a pleasure to work with. They are the easiest contractors to work with and they are as their name says, "Reliable". It's so nice when folks do what they say they are gonna do, when they say they are gonna do it, and do a great job too! After many estimates from others, Scott is the only one that had an idea that would not impact most of my backyard. That we really appreciate. I'll use Reliable for all of our septic needs from here on out.

Excellent Service. It was a pleasure working with Reliable. Our drain field had to be replaced and Scott walked us through every step of the process. When we came up on a crunch with timing and access through a neighbor's yard he adjusted his schedule to make it work. I highly recommend Reliable Septic Services and would not hesitate to use again.

In a jam, they came out luckily about 10 minutes after I called about a septic backup at our new house. It was fixed within the hour and noticed a couple of future issues to put on our “to do list”. Very honest and reasonably priced. Will be using them in the future.

We have used Reliable Septic multiple times in the last few years. Our septic system was over 30 years old and would back up into the house. The first time we called them, Scott brought a terralift out and did wonders for the drain field. The treatment lasted about two years until the septic started backing up again. Because of all the tree roots and roots from azaleas, the drain field was toast. He used the terralift again and gave us temporary relief until we could get a new drain field installed. We ended up having a new field installed along with a pump tank and sub-pump. Due to Bryn County

We had a great experience today with Reliable Septic Service. Our toilets were backed up and we had sewage coming up into our showers. We called them mid-morning today and they showed up mid-afternoon and unclogged the blockage in our septic system. We appreciate their responsiveness as we called other companies and are still waiting to hear back from them. They were a pleasure to work with and provided excellent service. We are so grateful that our system is back in working order so quickly.

Contacted this company when I had a plugged up septic tank the day after thanksgiving where most other companies were closed. I left a message on their voicemail and Scott called me back within 10-15 minutes. I explained to him that my septic system was backed up and I needed help. He had given his employees off but came out on his own within a hour to fix my problem. Scott gave me some other pointers to test my toilets when he found that I had another problem with continuous water leaking into the septic tank. After doing what he said I was able to fix the other issue. I would highly recommend

We had a septic line put in by a company who said they put in septic systems all of the time, but they were frauds. Reliable Septic came in to assess our situation. They tried to repair the septic system put in illegally and the drain field was installed too low making it flood quickly because it was in the water table. They gave me the proper information to get a permit and I will be calling them back to remove the incorrectly installed septic system and putting a proper septic system for this area.
