The first red flag with Sam happened when I met with him to get an estimate to clean my pool and fountain, and instead of giving me a quote, he asked me what my current company charged. It seemed strange, but the price was ok with me and so we agreed on that. Still, it seemed a bit odd. Over a number of months, the services on the pool have been ok-to-fine; however, I have noticed that he does not scrub/vacuum the pool and so it never looks as clean as it could be (i.e., the corners of the pool and spa are a little greenish). And there were days when they no-showed or didn't clean the pool

Sam saved the day! I am a real estate agent with a listing in Laurel Canyon that was being photographed in the afternoon and the homeowner's regular pool person was a no show after Santa Ana winds wreaked havoc and scattered debris into the pool. Sam went out of his way to squeeze me into his busy schedule, was cheerful, courteous, and extremely professional. Highly recommend!

Sam has been taking care of my pool for several months now and I couldn't be happier. When we bought the house the pool had been neglected. It was dirty with yellow algae and plant debris. But Sam fixed that and now the water chemistry is always perfect. I was worried the upkeep would be too difficult but Sam's been a lifesaver.

Our company was in need of a very deep clean of a very old fountain. We were pressed for time and needed it done within 3 days. Multiple calls were made to several services, but Sam was the only one that could accommodate us in his schedule. Not only that, he did an amazing job deep cleaning the fountain and making sure it was to our satisfaction.

L.A. Pool Services did a great job cleaning up the mess our previous service left our pool in. Sam knew I wanted to use the pool very soon as the summer was just starting, and he made sure it was ready to go quickly. This involved repairing the filter as well as cleaning up the chemical balance of the water and getting rid of the algae. The monthly service is always reliable and excellent as well.

Sam Han is the best. My pool in Beverly Glen is from the 70's, there are many trees and it could easily look shabby. The pool is always sparkling, inviting and gorgeous.
