We are a small company that started by going door to door in the Lockport area 17 years ago. We are now registered to do work in 47 towns and 60% of our work is referrals. We pride ourselves with each and every project that we do because we know "OUR SHOWROOM IS YOUR BACKYARD". The carpenters that build our projects are master craftsman and each one of our installers have at least ten years experience.
Upright Fences has one crew which has been with the company for 13 of the last 17 years. We prefer using the highest quality material on all of projects but only if your budget allows. We also have the ability of purchasing lesser grade products still backed by our exceptional 5 year warranty. When it comes to fencing we are confident we can meet your project needs based upon your budget.

I wish I had called Upright Fence Downright Patios a year earlier. I could get hardly any patio companies to call me back in March 2021. The few that did, never visited on-site. Sean came on-site, explained the process, explained how the work would be done, what his team would cover when they were on-site,and explained how weather and other jobs in progress impacted our timeline.

The owner of this company is extremely rude and I knowledgeable with the city ordinances. He has no manners towards his customers. He told me that my fence was installed incorrectly and that it was on my neighbors yard only to find out he did not read the plat of survey correctly. After multiple arguments and getting a lawyer involved he was proven wrong. He also had his installer email to apologize as he won’t own up to his own mistakes. Had a few fence posts replaced from rotting at ground level. A reasonable good done although no caps were put back on the new posts. Was told that they weren't included after I asked about them. I don't understand why about $10 worth of wood for 3 caps wasn't included in a $500+ job of replacing 3 posts.

Shawn was awesome to work with!!! Have and will refer him to friends and family over and over again. Very professional and always on time. Shawn was recommended to me by a friend who I trust. I got a few quotes from a couple fencing companies in our area but ultimately went with him when he came out and did our estimate. He was straightforward and didn't try to upsell. They were able to start our job within 2 weeks of our quote and there was no lapse in communication like a few of the other fencing companies.
His guys came in and finished our quality fence within a day and we are exceptionally happy with the product and communication throughout the process. We would recommend to a friend or family.

Ever since installation there have been multiple issues with the owner of this company, Shawn Bosi. We had a fence and drive-gate with posts installed last May 2017. We had requested the gate to have two even sides and arches and to close in the middle. What we received was two uneven gates in length and arches that were nowhere even.
