We were out of town while Premier Roofing was working on our house. When we returned, I noticed that the paper towel rack was empty, which is not the norm. I soon realized that paper towels, plates, napkins, toilet tissue, and other items had been used up. Dinner plates had been used and returned to the wrong place. Flatware was missing from the drawer, and a cup I use for melting butter was gone. Also missing were several small tools I kept in a kitchen drawer: scissors, screwdrivers, pliers, utility knife, WD-40. A sheet of US flag stamps was gone from the kitchen island. Shannon and the team did an excellent job on the repairs on my roof. They definitely exceeded my expectations. Shannon also did a nice job staying in contact with me. Overall a very good experience
Once again we had another storm and some issues with our roof. The day after the storm I reached out to Premier and they were out inspecting the roof that evening. The next day dry in repairs were made. The responsiveness, communication, and quality of work have been outstanding. Also the competency of Derek in evaluating and communicating the best path forward is awesome

Some of the most amazing people i have ever met! very clean, respectful, and honest. They went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were safe and satisfied all the time. They were on time every day and didn't leave till the sun went down. Nothing but the best and even called a few times after to make sure everything was OK and if we needed anything. Every time i had a question or concern all i had to do was pick up the phone and call the ladies in the office were always so sweet and polite. The Hollands are wonderful people and have an amazing company! I highly recommend them to EVERYONE

Buyer beware. This company low balls estimates, then they send you an email that states the price is really $4,000.- 5000. more. Company's owner has not contacted me after numerous calls. I have all correspondence in writing and after I Face booked and called to speak with Mr Shannon Price who gave original quote as well as the owner of the Premier Roofing I am still waiting for a return phone call. Wasted my time and efforts to find reputable and honest roofer.
