After fighting with my insurance company for almost a year after the hurricane I decided to hire my own adjuster (Frank Dalton)
Not only did he come out immediately and show me everything my insurance companies adjuster missed but he took total control with contacting them and fighting to get what I was truly owed. The stress was taken off of me and totally handled by frank.

I recommend this company to anyone who has a claim, not sure if to file one or If you filed a claim and believe you were underpaid. I had some damages and was not sure if it would be worth filing a claim. Richard Garron from Claimsmax stopped by and educated me on what I needed to do. Great company with excellent service and honest adjusters.

Claimsmax was there when the insurance rep had to survey my roof, the insurance rep couldn't barely get up the ladder to the roof or even count enough of the hail damage to cover the claim. Sam ended up counting all the hail damage and got me twice the amount the insurance wanted to cover. Claimsmax even helped me get a roofer to do the job for two thirds of the entire insurance check.Courteous reliable and honest when the insurance company was not.

I don't normally write reviews on contractors or vendors that work on my house because most of the time, even when the work is done well, I still feel like I get ripped off on price. In this case, I feel like Sam and Bob with Claimsmax Adjusters were the ones that got the short end of the stick. The amount of work they did and customer service was outstanding!
I had a serious leak coming from the air-conditioner build up in the garage, and (as it turned out) leaked all the way through the wall and into my kitchen. The insurance company was originally going to simply cover the box the unit

What a learning experience that everyone should know!!! We had a washing machine pump overflow and cause a flood in our home. We called our insurance company and they sent out a company to clean it out but then we were left with a mess. We never filed a claim before and got advice to hire our own adjuster to work on our behalf.They get paid from a percentage of what they get you so there is no upfront cost. We searched yellow pages for insurance adjusters in Orlando and a list came up. This may sound silly but I clicked on their name because it sounded good.. Claims Max...I only saw a couple reviews

We had a leak in our roof & after reviewing the site our roofer suggested we call ClaimsMax for an assist. Sam & Jerry were amazing! They worked tirelessly to get the max from our insurance company and we were able to complete the work and things are back to normal. Without them, likely the claim wouldn't gave been covered and we would have been in a financial bind. They were very responsive, honest & professional & I wouldn't hesitate to call on their services again.

After trying to struggle for a fair claim from my Insurance and waiting for "them", to send "their" appraisers... I heard from a friend, that a "Public Adjuster" could get more money for us... I never heard of a public adjuster and went on the internet and came across Claimsmax. Sam came over to meet me at the house right away and assured me, that I could get much more than what the Insurance was offering! The way I saw it, if my Insurance was making me wait anyways, I was then going to wait for a better amount. Sam, made this possible, getting us aprox $11,000
