I commissioned James Perkins to make me a one-of-a-kind, Custom Billiards Table Lamp. I must say that my interactions with James were all extremely positive. He worked with me personally and extensively to Design A Lamp which was exactly what I was looking for. He then kept me informed of every phase of the construction with texts and pictures.

James is an exquisite artist and metal worker. He created a one of a kind Marine Corps EGA sculpture for enhancement of Route 66 which transects the Marine Corps base in Barstow, CA. The base personnel and other Marines both active and retired have commented on James’ exemplary work and the skill of his team. I wouldn’t hesitate to use James on any future projects.

Jim fabricated new cornice and metalwork for the top facade portion of a historic building in downtown Cincinnati. It was difficult to find anyone who had the skills to perform the required work. However, Jim constructed exact replicas in a timely manner and was a pleasure to work with. Jim is a highly skilled respectable craftsman that I would highly recommend and use again in the future.

I contracted Jim to create a custom metal horse piece of art. Although he had never done anything quite like this before it turned out great! We worked together throughout the entire project. He emailed me video's and pictures weekly. He was open to any ideas or suggestions I had and implemented them quickly. I would definitely work with Jim again and recommend him to others for their metal artwork needs.

WOW!! I can’t say enough about the custom artwork Jim Perkins produced for us. We are beyond pleased, we are ecstatic!! We found Jim on the internet, and decided to reach out to him after reading all of the great reviews. We are so happy we did!! We sent him a photo of what we wanted, and he immediately had a vision. A true artisan, and a truly nice gentleman. Jim kept us updated throughout the process, even sending photos so we can get a visual of the progress. We are already planning another project for Jim to work on for us!!! Our experience with Jim couldn’t have been better!!

I commissioned Jim to make custom metal benches. He was super responsive and communicative. We spoke about the benches and he immediately understood my vision and turned it into reality. He is a true craftsman and I would use him again. He also went above and beyond to make sure the benches arrived before xmas and did an amazing job packing the benches for shipping.
