Our STAIN-PROOF Sealer is an impregnating, invisible and breathable sealer that provides premium long term protection for natural marble, limestone, tiles & many more, from water and oil based stains and damage caused by water and dissolved salts. Absolutely love the way our granite counters turned out. Lou, the owner of L.I. Modern Marble & Kinetic Stone, met us at the yard and helped us pick out the right granite for our kitchen. We needed two extra large slabs and wanted a beveled edge. Installation took a day and was done well. His son and his workers did an amazing job at aligning the joints, (not to mention carrying the awesome weight of these slabs). The granite has a special coating so we don't need to seal every year. They checked and double-checked their measurements, were extremely courteous, friendly and knowledgeable

Lou and his team did a gorgeous job installing the granite in our kitchen and master bath remodel. And even more importantly, Lou has a great eye and experience for what will work well in granite, tile, etc. There were several little choices and touches he added, like the right type of corner edges and making the island just a touch thicker, to emphasize it. He even gave us great advice with other related pieces like the sink, fixtures, etc. We are extremely pleased with the results. Highly recommended.

Lou and his crew did a fantastic job with my kitchen. They helped me pick the right granite, went over all my options for the edging and installed it beautifully. 2 years later it still looks brand new!
I recently contacted Lou again because I am remodeling a small bathroom and I appreciate his quick response and willingness to go out of his way to visit my home in Santa Barbara.
When we remodel our large bathroom we will definitely be calling Lou again. He is honest, follows through with promises and does high quality work. He offers great ideas, has an artistic view and knows what looks good

I had a very successful experience with Modern Marble. Lou and his son Charlie helped me tremendously with the remodel of my kitchen, powder room, and master bath by giving me professional guidance with choosing the stone that best fit the style and function of my home. They updated all of the counter tops, faucets, and sinks which made each space feel clean and fresh. I can't thank them enough for all of their help! I wanted to start a project of remodeling my mothers kitchen countertops and new farm style sink for her while she was in the hospital. I contacted kinetics stone company and had the owner Lou come out and give me a quote. We decided to go with a beautiful Italian marble. It was a pleasure seeing them do the work as they professionally installed the countertops.
