Absolutly horrendous service. I had a gal come by in a beat up old truck. Looks like she just stole it then threw in some dirty cleaning supplies.
She was not wearing a name tag so I cannot recall her name.
She really did a crappy job, there was still bugs left in the pool.
She was very quick which was nice, but now I see why, she was terrible.
I highly unrecommend this business.

I had a pool problem that was frightening. I had a green and bubbling mess in my back yard-about 20,000 gallons of it! I began looking for some help. I found Pool Concepts Unlimited on line. Their website caught my attention because it displayed pool care information guidelines. I called and Randy came to the rescue. He was prompt and responsive to my phone call. This responsiveness was consistent through out the project. He was immediately reassuring that he could handle the problem. He told me what he would do and how he would do it.
