American Fire Recovery has been in the fire restoration industry for over 30+ years. It was founded by Raymond Ranciato because his family suffered a fire when he was a kid and he experienced first-hand losing his personal belongings. When this fire occurred, he wasn't able to salvage any of his belongings because the fire burnt his house to ground.
How does this process normally work? A. In most cases smoked damaged items are inventoried, carefully packed and moved to a facility where smoke damaged items can be properly cleaned and ozoned to remove smoke odor. What happens to the personal property items that cannot be cleaned? A. A.F.R. Can help you inventory and put together a Total Loss List of the items that cannot be cleaned.

In July, 2019 I had a devastating fire that destroyed my home and damaged so many of my belongings and sentimental items. Little did I know that "earthly angels" would come to my rescue. Their services included to wrap and box every item, meticulously clean, then wrap, pack in boxes and labeled what's in the box and what room it came from and they put it all in storage until I was ready to move into my reconstructed home.

The worse company on the planet. They will lie to you about coverage and expect you to pay for the work they do. You can check the Better Business Bureau and read the complaints yourself. They will try to take advantage of personal tragedy of a fire and make you sign a contract that will make you liable for all the "work" they do. Always always get more than one quote for the cost of recovery or else you will get scammed by this company.

We hired Ray at AFR after an electrical fire at our home. We lost 2 rooms to the fire, but the rest of the house was full of smoke damage. Ray and his crew were there before any of the other service people cleaning EVERYTHING! They wiped down the walls, windows, cabinets, ceiling fans, appliances, etc. removing all the smoke. What they could not clean at the home, they packed up and took to their ozone room for a deep clean (it all came back cleaner than new!) and they took our clothing to an organic dry cleaner. They thought of things I never would have thought of, which I greatly appreciated
