I should have gone with CIS Alaska in the first place. We bought a cheap camera system online similar to the ones you can buy at our local box stores and had it installed by so called "professionals". Two months later, two of the camera stopped working and I could't get the guys who installed it to come out to fix it.
Motion wakes the camera and it immediately starts to record video to the hub over a secure private wireless signal. Artificial Intelligence on the Hub separates potential threats like humans from useless events such as cars driving by. The bright red LED ring starts spinning when potential threats are detected.

Requested a quote, received it immediately. The quote we received was for a high-quality security system and it was competitive price. The installation team was here the next morning, and the install went off without a hitch. Since install I have had to access footage twice and the quality of the cameras came through for me both times. Thank you for the excellent service and products.

I was excited to use these guys based off the stellar reviews, but my experience wasn’t great. Took several days to get an quote for a simple residential install after a home visit and I had to follow up and ask for it when it never showed up. They also wanted $1,300 to install one video camera, one touchscreen key pad and one video doorbell. Found two other places that would do it for half of that.

We picked CIS Alaska as a local security company and right away knew we made the right choice - professional and knowledgeable technicians, immediate response, great customer service. Thomas Craig did a thorough evaluation of our home and surroundings, explained where cameras and sensors should go, why, what types, that not all areas needed one or the other, answered all of our questions and educated us on the components of our new security system.
