We contracted Pfingston for a retaining wall and new concrete steps and driveway. We found them at the Home Show. When we spoke to them at the Home Show they said they would pour a concrete footer under the versalock block for stability.

There was no concrete poured under the block. We had to make them take the wall down twice because it was leaning and no support. When we asked about the concrete footer they poured dry concrete under the blocks when they took it down the first time.

They did not put a drain behind the wall which was in the estimate. Their crew was nice enough, but they
