Our staff goes through an extensive residential HVAC unit duct cleaning training period before they are hired to ensure that they will represent our company in a way we see fit and that you the customer are satisfied and impressed with our work each and every time.
Our company uses only state of the art equipment manufactured by Abatement Technology. Our Hepa-Vac is a portable unit that will be placed within 25 feet of your main supply trunk line. We then will cut a twelve inch opening into the trunk line and attach our Hepa-Vac System. Once this is attached it will cause a negative air flow and at this point we will go to each branch line to brush each line to the trunk line.
Cleaning your air ducts is a great step in improving the quality of your indoor air. The next important step would be to begin using the highest quality HEPA air purification system you can. Mr. B's Air Duct Cleaning now also offers car and home air filters in the Nashville area. The air inside your home can be up to 5 times more polluted than the air outside.

Mr B's has the best customer service. I just moved to the Nashville area from California. Received a free quote (easily acquired) and quickly scheduled a duct cleaning on our home. The morning of our appointment, the gentlemen were timely, courteous, and very efficient.
Unfortunately, we had two windows in our dining room with a bit of a scuff (paint/trim damage). Accidents happen and material things can be easily fixed. I reached out to Mr B's and they went above and beyond in customer service.

I recently moved into my new neighborhood and have been calling around and Mr.Bs no bs friendly, straight to the point, very cummincative up to the appointment date and confirmation texts to let you know. Very informative and friendly staff, they answered all out questions and was very knowledgeable. The ducts were cleaned and sanitized (upon request).

Before I made my appointment, I messaged Mr. B with some questions and he was very prompt and professional with his responses. I scheduled to have the guy come out. They kept in contact to let us know their ETA and once they arrived? They put their little booties on and went straight to work. The process was not long but they were thorough and I appreciate the experience. We'll see them back in about 5yrs!

The team at Mr. B's did a fantastic job cleaning out the ducts at my parent's house in Bellevue. After seeing the results, I wish they would have done it sooner! The gentlemen that did the work were punctual, professional, and friendly. They explained everything as they went through the process and were very thorough and careful throughout. I would like to recommend Mr. B's duct cleaning. The workers were very polite and their work was done in a craftsman like manner. I thought that they would remove each vent register and run a vacuum down the duct work. Nothing of the like happened. They went into the attic where the HVAC unit is and went from there to each register from that direction. No dust or mess. What a great method.

We have had a serious dust problem since we moved into a condo. We were referred to Mr. B's Air Duct Cleaning by friends. The experience working with this company has been exemplary. From making the appointment to arriving on time to courtesy and attempt in every way to satisfy us was outstanding. They were not satisfied with the result of their first cleaning so they came back, without charge, and redid the cleaning a second time which appeared to do the trick. We could not say enough nice things about the professionalism and dedication of this company.

This is the way a service-based business should be run. The guys that came out were super nice and did a great job. They missed one vent in my kitchen. My fault as much as theirs. When I let them know, the reply was "no problem, we will come back and make it right!" Same guys came back and were understanding, accommodating, and friendly. These guys gave me the impression that they work for a good company, and like their jobs! The boss, Warren was great as well, and super easy to deal with. He handled that one problem like a pro. Just bought a house and Mr. B's was recommended by a coworker. I am so I called them. They came out and cleaned a ton of debris from the vents from when the house was built and also cleaned the coils on the AC units. Helped solve a problem with the drain line as well. I can't express how professional and friendly these guys are. I will always recommend them to anyone needing their air ducts cleaned.

We scheduled an appointment for last Saturday. Mr. B's technicians arrived promptly and were very courteous. They cleaned all our air ducts as described in their video. This included our dryer vent.
The price was very competitive. There were no ad-on's or extras; which was very refreshing.
