Had a sewage back up which flooded restroom. Called plumber and they referred adams D&R they were here within an hour. Started the drying process right away and helped filing our insurance claim. They definitely work around YOUR schedule which makes this process a lot easier. So far smooth & quick process.

Scammers, plumbers Work with this company. To much to say about this company but they are liars and scammers, they lied and said State Farm a huge company refused to pay them so they hired a collection agency only weeks into working with them told the company a totaly different price to the collection agency and over charged me, This company is a company that scams insurance and they work with plumbers because they get a cut of the money! Do not use this company.

This past Tuesday night at 10:20 PM I was taking the trash out through our garage and noticed that our water heater had decided to turn our garage into a sauna.
My wife and I were initially trying to resolve the immediate leak by turning off the water, soaking up the water, as well as hooking up a hose to the water heater so it would help drain some of the water outside.
It was during this same time that I had attempted to get help by contacting any 24 hour plumber. The plumber I had contacted labelled themselves as a plumbing company yet 2 hours later when they had arrived it was this water

Minor leak in tub lead to nearly $5000 in charges for two drywall repairs, one of which didn't need repaired. Many others have shared this as well but the best word to describe Adams is FRAUD. Included a line item charge for $300 in "HVAC labor" despite absolutely no HVAC involvement. Referred to a plumber who claimed he "replaced a busted pipe" but really just added puddy to a drain," and charged $450. Unresponsive. Non-proactive. Unhelpful. Slow. Call office and all you hear is "oh I don't deal with that department, you'll have to talk to someone else

We had a water leak with fairly extensive damage. Adams arrived quickly and began the process. Following the drying period, Paco and team replaced the drywall, painted, and had our room back to new. And lastly, Neianne was wonderful to work with during the completion phase. Overall great service and very communicative.

Had an issue and was recommended this company by my plumber. Kris worked with my schedule and came out that very day. He did a great job explaining the process and getting me mentally prepared for what's about to happen with the bathroom.

This is a company that gets the bulk of their income from scamming, cheating, and swindling people out of as much money as possible.
We had some issues with mold in a bathroom, so we went through our homeowner's insurance to rectify the issue and Big G Plumbing was dispatched to help us out. When my water heater started leaking in the garage and it destroyed a portion of my walls and baseboards Adams disaster and restoration was able to come in quickly and restored my garage. They work with my insurance to get the job done and now The area where I had the damage looks flawless. Paco and his guy came in to do the drywall work and the painting and they did a marvelous job.

I had hired this company through Home Advisor when I had returned from a weekend get away to beat the heat up north at my cabin in Flagstaff. Upon my arrival home late Sunday evening I walked in my house and stepped into a puddle over water and once I turned on the lights I noticed that it wasn't just a puddle it was my whole bottom stairs flooded. These guys are absolute con men we have had a small water leak on December 16, 2020 it is now the end of May 2021 and we still do not have our kitchen back with any countertops fitted etc. they were quick to turn up and put on extortionate bill into the insurance company for a simple one week turnaround job they never showed they kept on pressuring us as to where’s the money from the insurance company ...I was passed from pillar to post with different PMs couldn’t get any answers they are Nothing shy than cowboy builders shysters and I please hope and pray that nobody else uses them

Adam's Disaster and Restoration did beyond a phenomenal job restoring our flood damage to our home. Everything down to the sub floor and insulation had to be ripped out and replaced. My wife and I took this opportunity to update our hardwood and tiled floors and we couldn't be happier. Would recommend 10/10. Great job guys!

WORST COMPANY EVER. False billing claims Refuse to provide itemized statement of billing. Claims of false work completed. Workers are verbally abusive and threatening in behaviors. Had to tell a crew to leave due to unprofessionalism. LATE. LATE. LATE. Or they just NEVER SHOW UP! NO CALL NO SHOW and they could careless. Took a week off of work and they DESTROYED MY CHILDRENS bathroom. Lead supervisors lie in text about work and claims that can be done. “Real” supervisors are car salesmen.
