Bill was very friendly, polite and prompt. He fixed my door less than hour in a very warm/hot day. Long story short, he knows what he is doing. The price was fair and he even gave me two remotes for free. I really enjoyed talking to him. I believe world will be a better place if we have more people like him.

We have been having issues with our garage door opening and closing for months now. We had another company come out to tell us what needed to be fixed. They quoted us something like $1400 dollars. So glad we said no to that and called Garage Door Repair Experts. They were able to come out the next day and was able to fix the issue with only needed some oil and a little bit of tweaking for under $100. Yes I said it. UNDER $100! The tech, Bill, who is awesome, was so nice and knowledgeable. He was done in 30 minutes. If you need Garage repairs, this is definitely the place to call. Ask for Bill!

I haven’t had this kind of customer service in years. Fast, fair and reliable. I called in a panic after backing into my garage door at 4:00 pm the night before a trip and Mike came out right away and fixed my issue in less than 10 minutes! His quote for other repairs was hundreds less. I will only be using this company moving forward for any garage repair needs.

Their work comes with a 5 year warranty. They are hard working honest people. Garage Door experts came out on time on a Sunday during the scheduled time. They also picked up every time I called! They were straight forward and honest with their pricing. There was no upselling, running to truck looking at book and then quoting me some astronomical price because I was in need. Precision door Atlanta quoted me $1200 dollars to replace springs and bearings on my two wooden garage doors. Precision Door told me if I just fixed my broken spring and didn't fix all of the things they recommended they could
