Just wanted to drop you an email to tell you how much I appreciate the job you and your company are doing at my place in Destin. I was worried about having a place in Destin, since I live in Louisiana. However, having you take care of the pool, i can honestly say, has been the best experience. Every week I receive the email with the checklist and the picture of the pool, and I am confident that it is being taken care of.
How often should you have your pool cleaned and maintained? Once every week is ideal. Two and three times a week service is usually overboard. A swimming pool does not require that kind attention IF it is done CORRECTLY. Chemicals should be balanced once a week. If a pool company says they have to come multiple times a week to keep the chemicals in balance, then they are NOT keeping them in balance.

Coastline Pools has been fantastic to work with. Our pump went out, and as a result, a lot of algea developed. Jeff was on top of the chemicals and increased his weekly visits until we were swimming again. Excellent company!

I had another company taking care of my pool on as weekly basis. The business was sold to Jeff and I am so happy it was. I could tell from the first cleaning I had the right guy taking care of my pool. If I have a question Jeff is quick to respond. When I had an issue with my heater he came by the following day to look at it. I would highly recommend Coastline pools. forgot to mention on how reliable Jeff is. Never missed a week.

He is here every Friday and once he has completed the job he sends an email with a picture of the pool and a detailed list of what was done!!! This is amazing. Jeff runs an amazing small business. I am so glad I fired my previous pool guy, he had no idea what he was doing (yes, I was the pool guy). He takes care of all my pool's needs and then sends a pic of that days service with a complete chemical results for my records. I WILL NEVER try to do my own again. I was spending half of my monthly on chemicals alone, not to mention all the TIME. Thank you for the awesome service Jeff!

Jeff does the best job of any pool service! An example of this is when Jeff removed a large metals stain caused by a previous pool service treatment. He always takes time to explain what is happening with our pool. The pH is always at the level it should be.
