I have rented storage units at First Choice in Grand Mound for the last few years. I find the crew to be friendly, very helpful, and professional. The efficiency of their tracking system and great customer service makes doing business with them both easy & a pleasure, even when I am on the road.
My units are heated with in-floor radiant heat. So I've never had a problem with anything freezing, no matter what the winter weather was. This storage facility is fairly new (and expanding) so the buildings are clean and in very good shape.
