We bought a new house recently that had a Hotsprings Spa. Had Wolfgang's out to service it. Unfortunately, the spa had sat neglected for over a year and had leaking pipes everywhere. The team at Wolfgang's came out four separate times to work on it, and eventually it became apparent that the tub was shot. Neil, the owner, was so amazing and gave us a fantastic deal on a new tub. Even though the Hotsprings tubs were backordered, it came in way ahead of schedule, and they brought out, installed it, taught me how to use it, and took the old one away.

I have purchased 3 spas from Wolfgang and his son Neil starting in 2008. They are all still working great and when there has been any issue they have addressed very promptly and affordably. I have bought spas from other dealers in others cities and these guys are by far the best. All of their employees are friendly and always get the job done right the first time. I highly recommend Wolfgang's Spas. You will not be disappointed.

I went into Wolfgang's Spa Works to purchase a new cover for my 10 year old Envoy spa. David told me they had a lightly used spa cover for my spa and would check to see what they would sell it for. Neil offered it to me for a fraction of the cost of a new cover. Although the color was not my first option, I jumped at the purchase. That cover turned out to be too small and Wolfgang asked for a day to find the correct one. After searching the warehouse they said they couldn't find the used cover but they would honor their offer to me and sell me a brand new cover to my spa at the drastically reduced

Great company! They did a great job installing the hot tub, but they also have options/alternatives for any chemicals you may not want to use. They have great customer service, and overall have had a great experience.
