The owner, Troy Peck, and his staff have well over 25 years of experience with numerous trades throughout the residential construction world, including whole house renovations, additions, custom homes, basements, bathrooms, kitchens, doors & windows and cabinetry.
We also excel at trim work of all types, such as crown mold, door and window casing, base trim, custom built-ins, mantles, and box beam ceilings. One of our specialties is taking on projects that many other contractors seem to shy away from. For example, removing entire roof structures from existing houses and stacking a second story while the homeowners are still living within the house.

Troy's crew did an excellent job on my remodel. I had numerous contractors come in to look at the job and rarely received a bid/estimate back. Troy sent over a 3 page breakdown of my bid which probably took him over an hour at no charge to me. My project was removing a 25' load bearing wall and putting in a glulam beam with a post support. i also replaced two windows 10x5 and 8x3, removed current kitchen window and reframed in another location, move our current slider downstairs where an old aluminum slider was, framed in the removed slider and put the new slider location down in place of the dining

I think we lucked out and picked one of the best contractors in Spokane. Allure Construction, owned by Troy Peck, was great to work with, as were his workers, all nice people and skilled craftsmen. The addition looks great and the craftsmanship looks very professional. Their input into the project was helpful and made for a good experience. They respected our privacy and our neighbors and kept working on things until we were pleased with it. They were classy in that they were all pros, just good work, no bad language or inappropriate behavior. They were pros all the way and were very kind to us
