Airflo Heating & Cooling was established in 1962 after noticing a gap in the local service market. While HVAC services were available, they were often offered at high rates and during standard business hours. We founded our company on the idea that these services are essential and should reflect the values and needs of our community.
They are punctual and honest, they explain the problem and what they need to do, they are customer oriented and very friendly. I highly recommend them. Very good service and these guys are very knowledgeable. Called on Saturday morning and they were out within an hour as promised. Chip took care of my furnace issue very quickly, explained the problem, and gave me tips on how to avoid it happening again.

Chip and Heath just saved me from spending $6500 for a new unit!!! I came home 2 weeks ago to my gas heat not working. I called my usual HVAC company to come check and they came out on Monday and said that it was an exhaust motor that had disintegrated and needed replacing. That was fine, but I was told that due to the pandemic shipping problems, the $700 part would not be available until at least mid-January. The only other option would be to replace my entire 16-year-old unit for $6500. A friend recommended that I call Chip at Airflo since Chip had done some work on his unit and some of his neighbors’

I had paid 2 other companies to come fix my ac unit due to air flow issues. They insisted nothing was wrong. I called Heath and Chip and they found the issue fast and fixed it. My house is a lot cooler now.

Called Airflow on a Friday to get a quote. Chip came out and gave estimate on Saturday. Heath and crew had unit installed and running by Tuesday afternoon. They did good work at a fair price with professional conduct. I have recommended them to others.

I have lived in my home (Jamestown, NC) for nineteen years and have never been cool in the summer or warm in the winter. Chip and his son were recommended by a good friend of mine, and when she said "I would never go to anyone else for heat and air service," I gave them a call. They installed new AC and fixed the duct work in my attic that was put in all wrong when the house was built! I am now super cool in the super hot summer we are having in North Carolina! Now I can say "I would never have anyone else for heat and air service!" Thank You Airflow.
