Our Founder, Clay Adams, started Rustic Trades because He understood a rustic farmhouse table is more than just a piece of furniture.
In 2007, my wife, Maggie, and I were newlyweds on a desperate hunt to find the big, beautiful farm table of our dreams. Our search led us to countless furniture stores, though we always left frustrated. The cost of the tables rarely matched the quality. That's when I told Maggie I would build her a table, and it would be a table that would last our entire lives.
We ship our tables all throughout the lower 48 and Canada! Shipping prices vary but usually run $200-500+ depending on the services you need and how far you are away from our shop in the Atlanta area. If you are a great distance away, we can offer freight shipping where your table will be crated and transferred to your home by a freight truck (installation optional).
Custom, handmade farm tables are our specialty. We don't have a warehouse stocked full of dining tables and furniture that we can ship out the door in an instant. From start to finish, we can typically build a farm table in 7-10 days. You may have been told "your dining table will be ready to ship in 12-14 weeks" - and well, that's true.
All of our furniture is 100% handmade in America (Atlanta & Denver) with authentic American hardwoods. Our tables are built with sincere dedication and attention to detail. Rustic Trades ensures the quality of every piece that leaves our shop with confidence. We offer standard sizes for tables however most of our business is custom orders.

We have been looking at Rustic Trade tables for years. So many great options it was hard to choose. I’m not sure why we waited so long. Our live edge trestle table is a beautiful one of a kind piece. The process of ordering is super easy. They walk you through every step of ordering and really individualize the table to your preferences. You can tell everyone who is involved really takes pride in their product. Delivery was a breeze. They promised a table by Thanksgiving and they delivered! It really is a work of art.

We liked the customizing options on their website, but still made the trip to the showroom in Roswell. Elise was just great in walking us through the process, taking time go over the options with no sales pressure. We ordered the Weston Trestle table and bench, delivered last month. It looks great, is really well put together and solid, and has gotten compliments from everyone who has come over and seen it. We love it!

I looked for a dining room table for almost a year. I hated the idea of a cheaply made, mass produced table being the center of special family moments. I wanted a table that would hold up, not only physically but from a design perspective too. Not only was Rustic Trades amazing to work with, but they built the most beautiful custom table made of solid walnut from South Carolina and hand crafted in Flowery Branch. I love that this table will hold up to whatever life throws at it, and that it was made just up the road from where I grew up.

I bought this solid cherry farm table from Rustic Trades Furniture in November, 2011. It has been and will always be the centerpiece of our home. It's been the families favorite piece of furniture and I know my kids will be fighting over it when I am gone. The table’s leg supports became loosened during my recent move. Great experience from ordering to delivery. I ordered one of their standard tables, but was looking for a live edge table made from a single plank if they were to come across one. Week or so after placing the order they contacted me that they had a found a plank if I was interested. We worked out the details, and they created it. The table is amazing, even better than I had hoped. Great team of people, a pleasure to work with.

I purchased a dining room table with 2 benches about 5 years ago from Rustic Trades and recently, a 60” round kitchen table. They are definitely conversation pieces in my house and will be in our family for hopefully, generations. If you are looking for a high quality table, my advice is to do it right and have Rustic Trades make it for you. I assure you that you will be glad you did!
