There are three common types of springs: Extension Spring, Torsion Spring, and Wayne Dalton Torquemaster Spring. I have tried for 4+ weeks just to get an appointment scheduled to install a high lift kit, a jackshaft opener, and a door adjusted that Miller's did the same work on 2 years ago. While to them, a small job, it was north of $1000 worth of business. Kelsey repeatedly told me that she needed to get someone else to schedule the work "this afternoon" and that she'd call me back in the next day or so. She never called - and I called them 3 times over 4 weeks for this work (they didn't even need to do come measure as they had all my measurements from another job). Such a great professional company. From speaking with the office personnel Kelsey, I knew i was in good hands! She's helpful and despite a busy schedule for them, she was able to help schedule a tech, Dan, to come out in less than 24 hours!. Dan was sincere, honest and extremely friendly. Other companies I spoke with immediately wanted to sell me a new door panels before even looking at the door. Dan came and look at the door and had the dent fixed in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this company.

I needed the top panel of my garage door replaced due to damage. I was recommended by Doormasters to give them a call for my particular brand of door. The receptionist was so helpful and patient as I tried to figure out the make/model of the door. They sent a technician next day and he completed the repair in half an hour. Fast, professional, and great customer service. Would certainly use them again in the future!

I was able to get an appointment the same week I called to request service. Got a call on the day of service as promised to let me know when the technician will be at my house. The technician was very friendly, patient, and helped educate me on the garage. He was able to replace the torsion spring and get the garage up and running within the hour!!! Very reasonable price!

I called Miller’s and Kelsey was the person I spoke with, she was so customer friendly I knew I had called the right company. They sent a tech out by the name of Dan, he was the friendly tech I have ever had. He looked at my garage door and make a couple of small adjustments... that simple. Done.. when my husband comes home from the hospital from a broken back, I know he will be so happy. Best experience I’ve ever had, and by the way, it was Dan’s 62 Birthday.. working on his birthday... Thank you Miller’s Overhead Door company.

We had Miller’s out to replace a single garage door and opener today and I can’t say enough good things. I don’t remember the technicians name, but he was polite and extremely competent. He was on time and respectful. The door looks awesome! The office staff and estimators were also wonderful. And the price was extremely reasonable! Overall a 10/10 experience. Thank you!

My garage door recently broke and Miller’s Overhead Door was recommended to me by a co-worker, so I gave them a try. Little did I know what a pleasant experience it would be!! I talked to Kelsey and she was on it! She had someone out in a couple of hours. I was at work, so my neighbor had the privilege of meeting Shawn, the service tech, and she was very, very impressed with him- his workmanship and his professionalism.
