I love good customer service as much as I love clean carpets, and with Allen Rapid Dry I got both! From scheduling until they left my home, everything was done perfectly. I received detailed instructions prior to their visit, the crew that showed up was professional and very nice, and they did a beautiful job on our carpets. Not only are they incredibly responsive and attentive, but their technicians are wonderfully thorough, professional and kind!! I cannot rave about this business enough. I have used many carpet cleaners throughout my years and was floored at the cost of carpet cleaning in Alaska. Price wise they are on par with several other companies. Here is where I was impressed. I had three rooms with fairly clean carpets, and no pet stains. I expected they would come in see the condition of the carpet and just do a quick once over, but no. They got out the shampooed and treated my rugs like there had been a years worth of frat parties on them. Greg was super friendly and did a great job. I appreciated that he took the time to talk with me about what would be the best and most affordable option for the carpet issues we were dealing with. I own an apartment building and with all the foot traffic on the entry carpeting and as dirty as the carpets were, I was afraid that I was going to need to replace them soon. I've had Greg out to my home 3 times now for various work ranging from carpet cleaning to upholstery cleaning. Not only has he done excellent work that far surpassed my expectations, but he is a pleasure to have in the home.
