He was very kind and considerate and took his time explaining everything to us and showing us what we had to do and what we needed to do and answered all of our questions... and believe me I had a lot of questions! I've purchased and installed a total of 11 indoor and outdoor IP cameras as well as alarm.com compatible home security system with All Action Alarm. This is one of those long surviving family businesses because they do the right thing to its customers. They really do stand behind their products/services as they claim on their website. After I contacted Craig due to a minor issue that I encountered with my IP cameras, the tech was at my house in Queens within two days and immediately fixed the issue.
