Services
Organized Haven was founded in 2013 by Polk County's first Professional Organizer, Nicole Ramer, when she experienced the overwhelming transition of having her first child. While living in a small home and working 50-60 hours per week with a long daily commute, she faced the challenge of having enough time and space to stay organized and clutter-free.
We know how overwhelmed you are feeling as you go through your home opening all of your drawers, cabinets, and closets that have become a landing spot for all of the things! As Certified Senior Move Managers, our clients all have one thing in common: they have a lot of stuff! I feel like I had a big task and was not at all equipped to do any of it myself. My father passed last year, and I was needing to deal with unloading everything in his home so that I could sell the house. I found Organized Haven and it was great from the beginning for my needs. Thank you to the great people at Organized Haven for a smooth move into our new home. I was referred to them when they moved my parents from one apartment to another at a senior living facility in Lakeland and knew of their reputation. We moved from South Florida in June and our house contents were in storage until this month. I initially spoke with Dee and then Kari handled all our move details to a tee. I must start out by saying Organized Haven has moved me 3 times now and this was by far the most challenging for multiple reasons! On Tuesday a wonderful lady came and started going through and helped me downsize drastically. She was very patient and kind and worked like a whirlwind. I just happened to injure my foot (fractured) and while I spent the morning at the doctor, OH moved me and set up all that they could so I could be off my foot. I would give them 10 stars if possible. Now the rest of the story; 6 days later my couch and loveseat were delivered but the guys were unable to get it in

Organized Haven has served me twice, once to move me to a retirement community from my family home of 45 years when my husband was very ill. Organized Haven was a saving grace for me & my mother. My mom needed to downsize and relocate to a retirement community. The thought of this was overwhelming and a huge task. My mother had lived in her home for over 65 years when she passed, so the house was filled to the brim. Nicole and her team were outstanding. They came to the house, presented a plan to remove all of the items through an online auction. They inventoried all items, separated the items into individual lots and managed the auction, down to the last item being paid for, picked up and removed from the house! Being in our seventies, we were leery about making the move to an apartment in a senior retirement center. The task was overpowering. Organized by Nicole was recommended as a solution, and it was one of the best decisions we ever made to use their services.
