I would’ve given a five star rating if the technician communicated to me that the chlorine level was fine and the pool did not require a chlorine tablet. Communication is very important to us.

A couple months ago I needed a new filter system and chlorinator for my pool. While I could have done this myself, I am 76 years old with a bad back, so was willing to pay to have it done. After getting a couple bids, I contacted Tri-city to do the install. A few days later a Tech arrived. He cut out the old system and began the install. An hour or so later he has completed the job and needs for me to sign, but also needed to show me where there was a piece broke off the lid but functional. He said they would be out day after tomorrow. His boss ordered a new on and said they would be out in a
