If you're a Real Estate professional, I'd definitely advise you to avoid this company (All American Traditions Foundation) at all cost! Phillip scheduled an inspection quickly and took my clients $150, but after that crickets. Took him about 10 days to even give us the report. No joke,10 days! We were in escrow needing a small amount of repair, and counted on them to complete it. (What a mistake that was.) Phillip told us next week several times, but next week would come and all we'd get were his excuses. My clients got frustrated and decided to cancel. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend Phillip

Phil and his team did more than I expected. First, Phil is one of those guys that you know is honest. He did not hide any extra cost, I knew what every item cost as well as what to expect.
Then Todd who headed up the his installation team was diligent and a very hard worker. He let me know what they were going to do next so I was always in the loop.
