I had a lot of demands, and Jensen Construction came through.
They listened, they got everything right the first time, they were on time, on budget, and met the strict minimum requirements I had set for performance. And, he came up with some cost-saving solutions that I would not have gotten otherwise.
I have been burned by corner-cutting contractors, and it's nice to encounter professionals who are thorough. All you need to do is be clear on exactly what you expect, and open to his input on how to best achieve it.

Trustworthy, honest, and hardworking. Showed up as promised, on time, and with necessary tools. He even brought his son along to watch as it was a Sunday. Apparently also a great dad! Good man. Covered the area well, made little mess and swept and vaccumed up everything afterwards. Although I hope we never have to use board-up services again, if we did it would be with him.
I initially had called several other companies. One of them strung me along for 2 hours, ultimately calling to say he was in Home Depot buying tools! I'm glad I didn't go with that other guy and went with
