Christian was our salesperson and Mike and Alex did the installation. All three were professional and did a fantastic job. We had carpet installed in our family room, down stairs bedroom, closet and small area outside the bedroom and two set of stairs. Linoleum In the foyer, I was amazed at how quickly they were able to the job. Charlie, Nick and Mike each had their own purpose but work very well together and were able to make my house look absolutely gorgeous.

We were met with a friendly receptionist and had a rescheduled appointment with Drew. There is so much to choose from and Drew was very helpful to give tips considering our choice of flooring. So samples were taken home to view under our lighting. I've worked with others and every associate was wonderful. Consider Carpet Mart for your flooring!

We are in the process of listing our house and needed our second story and stairs carpet replaced. After calling several other places, the best offer we had was for installation 3-4 weeks out. One visit to Carpet Mart and they quoted the same carpet and job $600-$700 cheaper than the other quotes and were at our house installing our new carpet 2 days later. We had used them once several years before and honestly don't know why we bothered getting quotes from other competitors. Carpet Mart is truly the best in terms of value, quality, professionalism, and speed of service.

Went in and was greeted by a very nice receptionist. She told me someone would be with me shortly. Another couple walked in a few minutes after me. A salesman went to them before me. The salesman that I finally got wasn't helpful at all. Pretty much just stood there and stared at me. They don't have any information about the carpets on the carpet sample so you have no idea exactly what you're getting. I get the impression Carpet Mart does not want an educated consumer. Not impressed with this store at all. I'll buy my carpet somewhere else.

We were blown away by our experience with Carpet Mart. We contacted them after an installation failure from a different organization. It may be true that everyone carries similar carpet but their selection, communication, and steps to ensure a quality installation are unmatched.
They were able to help us select the right carpet and then did an onsite visit to measure and discuss seam placement. Once the carpet was received they did an onsite inspection, made the cuts for the seams and then sent an entire crew of very professional (and friendly) installers to complete the work.

Got huge beautiful "remnants"! For about $43.00!!!! I wasn't pressured to buy anything nor was I made to feel low because I only purchased remnants. In the recent past I've been treated in relation to how much I spent- not even realizing how much I actually spend nor how much business I could bring in.
BUT RUN DONT WALK TO CARPETMART!!!! A really nice durable remnant can fill an entire room! One tenant I got was 51/2'*10' for$20!! The other was a 4'*15' rubber back utility rug !

We recently had Carpet Mart remove the builder's carpet from the master bedroom and install engineered hardwood to match the hardwood in the adjacent room. Since 6 years have passed since the original installation, it was impossible to find a perfect match. However, if we don't point out the difference, no one can tell. I can't say enough good things about this experience. From the salesperson ( Drue) to the installers ( Nick & Mike), happened as intended.

I went Friday chose my carpet and it was installed today ( Monday) fast, convenient, affordable service! I wouldn't use anyone else! We have used them years ago and have to say the customer service is always wonderful and they get your product installed ASAP! We love working with Bruce or Jake! But have to say everyone seems friendly and knowledgeable! Prices can't be beat anywhere in town!

Carpet Mart staff made a painful event more tolerable with their reasonable prices, no pressure sales, easy communication, willingness to explore different options, and complete installation. They call when they are coming and arrive when they say they will. Milton Shuffitt found easy matches with the product I wanted. Jake Hightower worked out our plan til it fit our budget and needs. Charlie did a thorough job of measuring so there were no surprises. Bruce met with me and made sure everything

I had a horrendous experience trying to get flooring ordered and installed by the Home Depot... 4 weeks of waiting for product and scheduling they left us high and dry.
After walking into The Carpet Mart and explaining to the salesman about how our house was currently ripped apart down to the concrete slab and we had no floors with a baby due in three weeks, he showed me all of our options for getting some new floors. He was very nice and courteous, and even showed me some super nice carpet remnants that would work for our bedrooms- this stuff was super high quality that I could have never afforded

We've shopped with Carpet Mart 3 times and loved it every time! Our first time was about 5 years ago and we re-carpeted our entire home. The carpet was fantastic and the service even better. Not a single issue with install.
Then we moved (about 3 years ago) and went back to Carpet Mart to get rid of the old nasty carpet that was in our new home. Again nothing but a phenomenal experience.
We went in a month ago hoping to buy some remnants to use for rugs in our bedrooms. Was I ever blown away when they still had our room dimensions on file!

After feeling rather dissatisfied with Lowe's, decided to come here. Wow, what a pleasant experience!! Theresa, the saleswoman, was polite, friendly, and super low-pressure (*no* pressure, really). We found a carpet at a great price. The installers were friendly and professional, and installed our carpet 22 *hours* (rather than days) after we purchased it! It was a rewarding experience from beginning to end. Definitely go to Carpet Mart! You won't regret it.
