Services
Synthetic Rubber (Thermoset) - This type of membrane roof is made of large, flat pieces of synthetic rubber or similar chemical family materials. These pieces are welded together at the seams to form one continuous membrane layer over your roofing deck. The finished roof's thickness is usually between 30 and 60 mils (thousandths of an inch) (0.75 mm to 1.50 mm).
Sprayed polyurethane foam roofing is one of the more available layer-over or repair systems available in today's marketplace. It can be installed over wood, concrete, steel, and most other existing roof systems which will save you on the expense of roof removal and landfill fees as often layers of existing roofing and damaged roofing deck are not removed but sprayed over.

Many contractors stopped by and didn't have much to say, our roof is very high and none of the contractors wanted to climb it. We had one contractor show up with a long ladder and as he was setting it up he broke our window, he promised to come back with a window guy to fix it but we never heard of him again, we checked his yelp page and tried to find his license but with no luck.
We were very skeptical about paying for an estimate with 7x7 but when we were done dealing

Originally we tried looking for a roofing company through solar Contractors, we got very poor results and waiting times of up to a year. We found 7x7 on yelp and called them same day as we needed a solar roof replacement. 7x7 is a part of Eco Smart group and everyone who works there is very pleasant to talk to and informative. We were surprised to learn about the paid indpections at first but once spoken with staff and research on their website it started to make sense to us. 7x7 is a really excellent team to work with. We received 3 quotes for our flat roofing job plus lightwell. 7x7 was the best of the three to work with by far. Here are my highlights:
Their inspection is well worth the money and I highly recommend it. I was also skeptical of paying for an inspection but you get what you pay for - a detailed outline of the wet parts of your house and an honest assessment of what needs to be fixed.
They move VERY quickly and deliver a very high level of service. They even helped me work with a neighbor whom I totally forgot to tell ahead of time.

We needed a coating for our roofing system as it was about time to really take care of it. We spoke with few contractors and 7x7 appeared to have more options and flexibility on materials and installation dates. Spoke with Erik about scheduling the inspection, and they figured overall condition of the building followed by a professional and clean report. Great guys and fine team! We recently purchased a home and initial inspection identified issues with the roof, we knew that the roof is older and we have to change it at some point in near future, we were also considering solar option and weren't sure about where to start. These guys are fabulous, they replaced our roof in one day right before the storms, I spoke with Erik and he was helpful transparent and had given us nothing but truthful unbiased answers on our roofing condition. We did purchase their expensive inspection report but it did get credited back to our account once we signed with them. They are not cheap but are worth every penny. Recommend this business 100%

We called 7x7 when all roofers were super busy, got on a waiting list for their $585 inspection; most of the other "roofers" we called were either unlicensed (scammers) or did not know what they were talking about, it was sad and entertaining at the same time.

Extremely positive experience dealing with this contractor as they are part of Eco Smart network (I used inspection service through Eco Smart and my friend replaced a roof with them). They were not the first ones I called and I saw some unprofessional individuals and unethical folks coming to my house. I believe this is the time when roofers are in high demand and there are already scammy structures in place copying websites of known roofing contractors and presenting themselves as general contractors. This is the only roofing company we found from online research that we were completely satisfied with their roofing work from beginning to completion. We had water leaking into the back bedroom closet off and on for several years. We are new in roofing and these guys are the pros, yes the price shocked us at first but the value we got for our buck is huge. 7x7 was the most expensive out of 3 bids we received but we have had a very pleasurable experience dealing with the crew and had our roof repaired quickly.
Armand and Erast were easy to talk to and always available, team seemed very professional and worked efficiently. We were even given two way radios and were in the know when access was permitted in and out of our building.

Very happy with this contractor as they were straight forward and logical. They respect the client, property and neighborhood, as one of the superintendents once said - we build as if we were building for our family. These guys are not cheap by any means, but very reasonable if you take into consideration the level of the product quality they provide, i had a new roof replaced and had to have the solar contractor (Luminalt) aligned with the roofing company (Eco Smart / 7x7) and we had about two weeks in preparation but the project itself took only three days including solar, unheard of quality

We have an older house and as with any older home there are many issues that we have been dealing with but had problems with contractor that came out, even got our bike stolen once. With 7x7 this was a completely positive experience. There is a drawback of course, they charge $585 to come out and inspect the building, the pros of this service is that it doesn't only cover the roof, they inspect the exterior, look at windows, moisture map and also apply thermal imaging throughout the building's interior. They gave us a written report that was precise and easy to understand, these guys

We had a leak at our home and as time passed and many contractors stopped by - it was still a mystery. 7x7 was a blast to work with, once paid inspection was scheduled, they showed up as promised, very punctual and very respectful. This is the first time when I didn't have to ask anyone to take off shoes inside the house, they had their shoe covers and put them on as soon as they walked inside the house. Project was small but it only took an hour for them to seal, we've been through few storms and it's dry and warm inside.

7x7 is great, the best thing about them is that they are honest. We had someone else come out and inspect our 10 year old roof, they said that we are experiencing the leak because of the need for replacement, we were already in contract when I decided to get a second opinion from 7x7. We paid for the inspection, they came out as promised and inspected our building, inspection took an hour, we ended up finding out that the leak was due to siding issues and the roof is still good for 7-10 more years. This was a relief, we saved a lot of money and addressed the issues with exterior quickly.

We had to install title 24 coating on our older roofing system and we used 7x7 due to their availability and screaming reviews, 7x7 finished in two days and we can't be happier with this outlet!
These guys are top notch, punctual, responsible and very communicative, they use all channels of communication, their work stands out and they were very respectful of our neighbors. Great use of technology and very knowledgeable inspectors and superintendents, I believe a few of our neighbors are going with them for their roof work but if you need a roofer or a reliable contractor - 7x7 is the way

7x7 is how I call my favorite city San Francisco, good yelp reviews have caught my eye and I decided to reach out since we've been suffering from the same slow leak at our building. 7x7 Roofing was very easy to talk to, most of their communication is done through email or text which is very convenient, in few days after initial call the inspector was there at the time promised and in less than one hour has figured out exactly what's wrong, it was a very easy fix, guys showed up in a week and it was done, already through stormy season and it's dry.

7x7 Does not have free inspections, its $585 to get an inspector to look at your roof but what you get is a 45 minute inspection with moisture mapping and thermal imaging, they have mapped the interior, looked at exterior, windows, siding connections and found the leak - window flashing!
These guys are incredible, they are a sister company with Eco Smart, we contacted both companies
