Asphalt Paving Specialists

The Peter guy is a fraud who's running this company. Reviews below are fraudulent. He did a small job, but left a part not completed- vouched to return next week. I didn't hold it over his head and gave a full payment. Never went back to complete, ignored calls, only later after I confronted him made up bunch of excuses. Don't deal with this sleazeball.

We choose asphalt specialists after speaking with many companies about adding a circular driveway to our existing. Pete gave us a fair price for the new driveway and to move a tree to a new location. He was upfront about any additional coat that might occcur during construction, which is understandable. We had to repour the sidewalk per city demands, because of the pad thickness, Pete did the work and was resonable with the extra cost. The finished work for the driveway and sidewalk is great quality, he said to contact him in a few months to have the existing and new driveway seal coated.

Pete did a great job re-habbing the parking lot of our strip mall. I am not surprised since the seal coating he applied to our parking lot years ago lasted a very long time. Because he is a seasoned professional, Pete was able to point out several problems that were not so obvious to the untrained eye. These issues certainly would have cost us exponentially more to repair later. Pete was able to efficiently get the job done so that the parking lot down time was minimal...keeping my tenants happy. What more can you ask for? Thanks Pete!

Big thanks to Pete and his staff. My husband and I needed to create a circular driveway after we purchased our boat. He was always available to answer my calls or texts even on weekends. He submitted the permit and checked on his staff the days they were working on site. We are very happy with his job on our new driveway!

Asphalt Paving Specialists, Inc, is the best company I have ever dealt with. They have done many jobs at my home and business. The owner of the company, Pete listened to exactly what I wanted. His employees are very professional, prompt, and courteous. They also listen to what I wanted and did it in a very professional manner.

Fraudulent business practices. The appraiser claims to be a paving specialists goes by the name of Pete Toma, while does not know most basic things about rock grades. The permits are taken using another valid contractor's license, but the actual contractor himself is not involved in the operations or evaluation of work- so you have bunch of hustlers doing your driveway, while telling you what you want is the asphalt millings vs. better quality products. If you dealt with this fool Pete, I'm sure you've heard about asphalt millings- its the cheapest and less durable surface they can put on that
