Stan Kaplun and assistant provided on site servicing and adjustment of my Hunter Douglas window treatments. I watched them carefully remove the Valance above the sheers that they cleaned. They also took care to protect the walls and windows. When they left, my Hunter Douglas window treatments were clean and smelling fresh.

Dmitriy called to advise me that he was here. From the first encounter he was very kind & engaging, started to set up the area & proceeded to clean my Hunter Douglas silhouette shades by the way they are certified by Hunter Douglas! Poetry in motion, father (Dimitri) & son (Stan) working together, side by side. Doing a magnificant job. Cleaning our duets. They did an awesome job cleaning our drapery sheers as well. They went over and above on taking care, because our duets and other window coverings are 20 years old. We highly recommend them to be honest and reliable.

The father/son team took pride in their work, provided beautiful, exquisite service and attention to detail with superior results. Our Hunter Douglas Luminette blinds were purchased in 1999. They cleaned them in place, protected the hardwood floors, left the entire area sparkling and gave the blinds many more years of life. Thank you.

The Onsite Fabricare Cleaning specialists did a fantastic job with my 9 year old Hunter Douglas Silhouettes. The rest of the reviews were accurate in describing their excellent customer service and quality of work as top notch. They did everything they promised they would, explained everything they were doing, and answer all of my questions. The Onsite Fabricare cleaning team came out to clean my Hunter Douglas blinds and brought my blinds back to life. They were thorough and patient explaining everything they would do prior to starting the job. Whatever magic they did, definitely worked as the blinds looked brand new again. Initially, I was concerned about how would the technicians hang the blinds back up, but there was no need since these guys were clearly professionals. When the time comes, I will call these guys again for the job. Thanks
