The carpet in our vacation rental was really badly stained after many spills and dirty shoes. Morgan and team were extremely responsive, friendly, flexible and best of all - the carpet looks brand new! Could not be more pleased! And at such a great price. Highly recommend.

I had pet stains and I thought I would need to replace the carpet. Well, not anymore. And there are no more pet "potty" issues in the treated area too! Major Success!

If you're in need of getting your carpets cleaned, I highly recommend Magic Solutions Cleaning Co. They're super responsive, respectful, reasonably priced, take pride in their work and can get the job done in a jiffy! (Morgan was able to get the job done in less than 1 hour (estimated, 540 sq ft)). They're based in San Mateo and was willing to drive all the way out to crazy town San Francisco. Who I hire them again? YES, hands down, definitely!!

Who knew carpet cleaning could be so much fun? Magic Solutions did such a brilliant job in our home in Burlingame, that we persuaded them to come to rural Sonoma which was definitely more challenging to due to all year round mud/dirt, as well as our border collie choosing our living room to have her eight puppies and the resulting disastrous activities of raising them in the house in January. Nothing fazed Magic Solutions as I led them from one challenge to the next. They even did a spectacular job on our furniture! Before our Sonoma house was cleaned, we thought for sure we needed new carpets

I received a text from Morgan prior to coming to my apartment and I really appreciated that. He came on time, explained what he could do, and cleaned my carpets. He was professional, honest, and took pride in his work. I would use this company again for my future carpet cleaning needs. Excellent customer service from the lady who arranges the appointment (I forget her name my apologies) to the gentleman who cleans the carpet. 5 star 100%
