We have used Charles on several home projects including building our deck and repairing our basement ceiling when we had a water leak. Charles is meticulous in every step along the way and doesn’t just do the project but comes up with great ideas and is always thinking ahead. Critical: Professionalism
I placed an initial call to about a project for a kitchen tile backsplash to help out a friend of mine... I spoke with the gentleman who identified himself as Charles. Before I could even finish the call, Charles had referred to me as "shady" My experience was that this was rather presumptuous and uncalled for and almost an insult.

Charles remodeled a bathroom for us and his planning, communication and execution was flawless.
Charles also helped complete a sliding door exactly how we had envisioned.

We had Charles at Concept 2 Complete renovate two bathrooms in our house. They were old and needed updating in a bad way.
Charles was great to work with and brought his ideas and experience into what we were envisioning. He was great at providing updates and feedback throughout the projects. The finished product was two new bathrooms that we love.
