PGC Building + Design performed an extensive remodel of our home in Tumalo in 2020. The project scope included major changes to the interior including a complete new kitchen, flooring, and bathroom renovations, along with exterior changes including new siding, roofing, windows, doors, and decks.
Ed and his team were a pleasure to work with, provided guidance when needed, presented options, and truly listened to us. They take pride in their work, and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding.

In the fall of 2017, my wife and I retained PGC Building & Design to remodel the interior of our home in Awbrey Glen. The work was cosmetic, but extensive - replacing countertops, floors, fixtures, appliances, and doors throughout the house. They also completely remodeled 3 bathrooms and painted all the walls, doors and trim. We also had them install an attic stairway in our garage and a small entry gate on our deck. We recently remodeled our house in the Sunriver area with PGC and are so happy with the end result. We develop a very good rapport with Ed Busch, the owner of PGC, right from the beginning. Costs and timelines were on target except for the upgrades/decisions that we made along the way. The quality of work was outstanding and just as important, communications along with the weekly updates were excellent. If we had to do it again, I would absolutely choose PGC again.

Ed and his team were great. They collaborated with us on design and made suggestions on areas to save money. It was a large project in which they reconfigured the original floor plan, added a second story, remodeled the kitchen and updated 3 bathrooms. Everything was done on budget and completed within a month of the original date.

I had the pleasure to work with Ed and his team on my complete bathroom make-over/remodel. I live in a 1920's bungalow and my bathroom was the saddest 1950's hodge-podge when I bought it. The bathroom needed a full gutting, with new wiring, plumbing, fixtures, paint...the works. They did an exceptional job and I am so happy with the results. I'd recommend them to anyone. We used PGC for a couple of home projects including the remodel of our bonus room to make it more functional and livable. The quality of the work was excellent. Ed and his staff made some recommendations to improve the space above what we were thinking about and we were very pleased with how the space turned out. I'm a new homeowner and I want to do a variety of projects to remodel my house over time. I signed up with PGC to do a small project to replace a window with a sliding door, being VERY clear with them that my priority was getting it in quickly, and that I would have other projects that would follow. They said there was a 3 week lead time on the door and they would fit my project in between larger projects after that. 2 weeks later, I got a followup indicating that they hadn't ordered the door with a lousy excuse about the "door guy" being on vacation. PGC did a major remodel of our home. Substantially modifying interior rooms - almost gutting the interior of the house and rebuilding it - and built on two additions - a master suite and a large "mud room" connecting the house to the garage.
