Jeff and MJ met with us beforehand a couple of times when we couldn’t make up our minds. Friendly, patient and professional business to deal with. Jeff has vast experience and took the time to explain in detail what was needed and not needed. The new driveway is beautiful and functional. The overgrown acreage now looks very presentable. We have them on standby for future project. We highly recommend JSB for all things concerning topographical land development and detailing.

During a heavy rain, we had neighbors water runoff that was eroding the pillars under our out building. I had tried for about 10 years various ways to stop the issue myself. Finally I contacted numerous people and companies to both give options and quotes, to resolve this issue. Jeff provided the most logical plan, least maintenance in the future and did it with the least footprint to our property after he was finished. JSB is top notch professional, explains his plan and listens to your concerns. Fast , efficient and reasonable. I would certainly use him again in the future for sure.

Jeff did a great job of grading extra parking space for me. He responded quickly to come out and take a look at my project. He was able to complete the work within a few days. He worked quickly and was reasonable in cost. A few months later I called back to have him fix the drainage in my front yard. He was out of town so his son came to take a look. Again, Jeff was able to schedule the work within a few days. We actually had to reschedule because of rain but he was able to start the following week. Jeff did a great job and the grading looks great. I highly recommend him.

We had many companies come and bid on our project it was a difficult one. Did exactly what they said they would do. That is becoming more and more rare to find. The details were actually all worked out remotely due to my schedule and yet the work was everything that was anticipated and a little more. Straight up, whatever you are doing they will make it one of the easiest things you will have to deal with as a homeowner.

Jeff was not only great to work with but professional, knowledgeable and punctual. He was able to rework the grade of our long gravel driveway in a manner that made it functional and still drained water… effectively. The finished product was better than I expected. Jeff was Awesome we hired Wilco Construction first they left us with some issues after clearing our property we had some drainage problems and our driveway was a mess Jeff knew exactly what to do !!

AWESOME COMPANY for grading, driveways, gravel, yard. I had a hot mess of a backyard. There were stairs to nowhere -- probably from a prior house -- and the slope of the yard made rainwater run to my back door. Jeff totally transformed my property! Removed the stairs, built up part of the yard to catch the rainwater, put down a gravel driveway. Beyond his professionalism, he is kind, honest, fair & works with a lot of integrity. I will use this company again!
