I highly recommend Cool Power. They were excellent from start to finish. Appointments were kept within the time slot they gave me. Everyone that I dealt with was courteous n friendly. The 3 men that came to do the installation were great. They went beyond what was expected of them.When they left my house You wouldn’t even know that They were there, everything was cleaned up. This is definitely an excellent company.

Horrible Customer Service! I called Cool Power about fixing my unit that is under warranty last year and they said they couldn't get to me for 4 weeks, so I had a outside company do the repair. The technician told me the unit had a leak and charged me $400 to fill the unit with Freon. I called Cool Power early this year to have them fix the leak in which they charged me $423 and told me the unit is fine. Today I called Cool Power to tell them the unit isn't turning on and they say I need to pay over $200 just to look at the unit. I highly recommend not using their services or buying their warranties

Hands down, this has been the best company I have dealt with on appliance maintenance. We installed a whole new system at our house in the Fall of 2018. After a few years of observing the behavior of the system and tinkering with settings, I noticed some balancing issues. Three years after the install, when I called, Ronald and Antonio came out under Duane's supervision the very next day after my call, even though I had no service contract. They spent about two hours, fixed all the issues, and left with no charges. After. Three. Years. This is exactly the kind of company that is now going to get

No one wants to be searching for a central air conditioning service repair company on a really hot day,.. however, I'm fortunate that the one I happen to have found, and literally the only one I'd ever use in the future would be, Cool Power LLC. The 'technician' Pat arrived could not have been more professional, or better at his job!! He found and fixed the problem with my system in a short amount of time. I was very concerned about the price, being that it was literally a company I've never dealt with before. The price was completely fair, honest, and I was actually pleased, and quite relieved

I have to say Kenny and Alvin were the absolute best with coming in to fix my central air. Totally professional, informative and kind, they truly saved the extremely hot day for us. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone that is having Central Air Issues, the best people to work with!!

The only company that kept their appointment. The professional, friendly way to do business. Work crew that came was outstanding. They were on time, used drop cloths by the doorways, cleaned up well, and kept us involved throughout the project. Any install issues in this 100+ year old house they addressed with the boss and us - again, keeping us in the loop. Highly recommend using them - we were completely satisfied

We called Cool Power for service. Carol took our call and was very helpful and scheduled a service call by Kenny, their Technician who confirmed our evaporator coil in the air handler was leaking. We would like to compliment both Carol and Kenny for their professionalism.
Carol kept things moving forward by informing the General Manager of our Warranty coverage and by quickly scheduling a service call. Hey everybody, Jay and Alex came today to work on my A/C unit. Very impressive. Friendly, intelligent, accommodating, and experienced. They showed me what they were doing at various stages, which was very appreciated since I do like to have a working knowledge of how things work. And they also took the time to explain things in layman's terms, and casually and seamlessly made certain they were always wearing their 'shoe-scrubs' as I call them, which prevent dirt from being brought into the home. They both wore their masks continuously, and yet I could understand everything they said with no problem

I had Cat come do my service today. She is phenomenal and really knows her work and is extremely polite, professional, clean and got along great with both my dogs. She passed the test with flying colors. When my dogs love you then you're a keeper. I wish to have her return for all future maintenance! Being a woman, its a breath of fresh air to see a woman do the high quality job any man has done in the past.. i am so proud of her because she had big shoes to fill.
